Lake Mac Libraries is seeking a friendly, adaptable Library Service Delivery Officer to support outreach library services across Lake Macquarie.

This role supports customers who are unable to visit library branches, including home delivery clients and nursing home residents. You will assist with delivering library resources, leading volunteers, and helping community members access library services and technology with confidence.

This is a highly people-focused role suited to someone who enjoys building positive relationships, working independently and as part of a team, and contributing to inclusive and accessible community services.
