Overview


Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Outpatient Neuro Rehab
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for an outpatient neuro rehabilitation clinic supporting individuals recovering from neurological conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), Parkinson’s disease, and other complex diagnoses.
This is a specialized neuro rehabilitation outpatient therapy role focused on psychosocial support, emotional adjustment, and functional recovery in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team including PT, OT, and SLP.
