**This is a remote position serving USNR and USMCR.**
All the responsibilities listed below are considered essential functions of this position. PHOP workers provide behavioral health screenings, referral service support and outreach to Reservists, and their family members as well as consultation to Home Training Center (HTC) and Naval Reserve Center (NRC) leaders.
In this role, you will:
+ Conduct behavioral health screenings with Reservists and eligible Family Members to determine current psychological health needs.
+ Link at Reservists and their Family Members to “good fit services” based on identified needs.
