We are seeking an experienced LVN to provide dedicated homebound care and support for a middle school-aged student during summer school. This half-day, Monday through Friday position begins as soon as possible and runs through July.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Current and unrestricted LVN/LPN license in California
- Previous experience supporting student health needs, preferably within a school setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate approach and commitment to pediatric care
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a home environment
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Delivering routine nursing services for a homebound student, ensuring all health and safety needs are met
- Monitoring and documenting the student's status and any care provided
