Job Summary Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct resident care within a Long-Term Care setting. The LPN will supervise nursing assistants, administer medications and treatments, coordinate resident care, and ensure compliance with all nursing standards while maintaining the highest level of quality patient care.
Required Qualifications - Active Massachusetts LPN License
- Current BLS / CPR / AED Certification
- Graduate of an Accredited LPN Program
- Long-Term Care Experience Preferred
- Strong Documentation and Medication Administration Skills
- Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
- Ability to Lift Up to 50 Pounds
