Job Title: LVN/LPN – New Member Desk

Location: Portland, OR (97210)

Duration: 13 Week with possible extension

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM

Hours: 40 hrs/week



Job Summary

The LVN/LPN will support the onboarding of new members by conducting intake processes, scheduling care, and coordinating healthcare services within Kaiser’s system.


Responsibilities

• Conduct new member onboarding questionnaires


• Schedule PCP appointments


• Assign members to PCP panels


• Coordinate referrals to departments (dental, specialty, etc.)


• Provide support for member service needs


• Maintain accurate records and documentation
