About the role

We are seeking an experienced Licensing and Compliance Officer to join our growing team at RVS Cargo Services Inc. in our Binondo, Manila office.

What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing the application, renewal and maintenance of all required business licenses, permits and certifications
2. Monitoring changes in laws, regulations and industry standards to ensure the company remains compliant
3. Conducting audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and implementing remediation plans
4. Preparing and submitting all mandatory regulatory filings and reporting
5. Providing guidance and training to operational teams on compliance requirements
6. Serving as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities and external auditors
7. Maintaining comprehensive documentation and records of the company's compliance activities
