Our client is a well‑established local authority in Surrey, committed to promoting public safety, protecting residents, and supporting responsible businesses. Due to increased service demand, the council is seeking an experienced Licensing Officer to join the team on an interim basis.
We are recruiting a Licensing Officer for an initial 6‑month contract, starting ASAP. The successful candidate will deliver a range of statutory licensing functions, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and supporting effective enforcement across the district.
This is a full‑time role (37 hours per week), offering a competitive rate of £35‑£40 per hour. Hybrid working may be available subject to service requirements.
