**What you'll do**:
**Job Summary**
Responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing training and personnel certification process, complying with the guidelines of the business and the law.
**Responsibilities**:
A. Conduct training needs assessments with each department and identify gaps.
B. Build up the Master Training Plan according with training needs and budget.
C. Design and develop training programs, in order to comply with the Master Training Plan.
D. Manage training budgets and resources.
E. Create, plan, monitor certification process for hourly employees.
F. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
Coordinate all the logistics needed to manage the training such as session ́s sceduling, coffee break, materials, presentation, facilities, etc.
G. Ensure the required audience participation for each training.
