Resumen Implement and lead the production plan to meet the customer requirement always ensuring our plant objectives focused on SQCDM (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Moral). Monitor the maintenance people to assure the facilities/equipment meet the production requirement. Develop and maintain the good workshop environment.
Responsabilidades Principal Responsibilities - Develop, improve the Housekeeping system. 5´S.
- Monitor the supervisor to follow the production plan to meet takt Time.
- Guide to develop the standard work time for each location, drive the lean manufacturing.
- Analysis and improve the production efficiency. Through ACP when required
- Cooperate with QA department to maintain the quality/ ISO9000 system.
- Provide the guidance for workshop to follow the KANBAN system, analysis the internal material shortage from the manufacturing, guide to take corrective and preventive action.
