We are looking for an experienced Lifecycle & CRM Manager to lead retention and customer lifecycle marketing across multiple channels and regions. - Own and execute lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, push notifications, loyalty, referral, and reviews
- Build and optimise automated flows, campaigns, segmentation, and customer journeys
