As Lifecycle Marketing Manager (12-18months) you are the connective tissue between Mejuri and her customer. You own the calendar, the team, and the strategy that keeps our Muse engaged between purchases — and turns one-time buyers into lifelong advocates.
You sit within the Growth organization and partner closely with Integrated Marketing, Brand, Creative, Merchandise, Retail, and Digital. You lead a team of lifecycle marketers and report into Growth leadership.
This is not a campaign execution role. You architect the system — the segmentation logic, the contact strategy, the test-and-learn agenda — that makes every communication feel personal, on-brand, and commercially purposeful.
