We are seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our team for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on-site
• Ensure lifting activities are carried out safely and in compliance with regulations
• Inspect lifting equipment and verify certifications
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site teams
• Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
• Monitor lifting plans and ensure proper execution

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor in construction or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of lifting operations, safety regulations, and rigging practices
• Ability to lead teams and maintain site safety standards
• Good communication and reporting skills
