Village Church is looking for a skilled and creative Lighting & Production Designer to lead the vision and direction of lighting across all Village Church locations. This role serves as the subject-matter expert in lighting and production design, helping create engaging worship environments while developing volunteers and supporting production teams across our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Lighting Direction & Production Design

• Lead the lighting vision and production design for major services, events, and series launches, including Easter and Christmas.
• Establish lighting standards, philosophy, and best practices across all Village Church locations.
• Collaborate with creative teams and senior leadership to support cohesive visual storytelling and worship experiences.
• Partner with site teams to adapt lighting designs to different venues and technical environments.
