We're seeking a skilled and dependable Line Cook to prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Line Cook works closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality, proper timing, and a clean, organized station during service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up and maintain assigned station before, during, and after service
- Ensure food is cooked, plated, and garnished correctly and on time
- Follow portion control and minimize food waste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and kitchen
- Comply with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Communicate effectively with chefs, expo, and kitchen staff
- Assist with prep work and restocking as needed
