Job Description

Overview

  • Reports to: Assistant R&D Chef & Commissary Manager
  • The Commissary Cook is in charge of preparing food based on established Thai Mango recipes and ensures mise en place is complete before starting work.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepares high quality food on hot kitchen based on established Thai Mango recipes
  • Ensures food preparation is compliant with HACCP
  • Has the ability to use and distinguish special kitchen tools and essential ingredients to create food in the hot kitchen
  • Complies with Thai Mango’s company rules and existing policies
  • Maintains cleanliness and order in his work area
  • Must have undergone training in all stations
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
