• 7+ years at advertising agencies/ social agencies/ production companies in the capacity of producer
• Line production knowledge for small scale shoots.
• Extensive production budget knowledge in pre, shoot and post production. Managing budgets for £25k-£150k
• Creatively led
• Ability to shape creative ideas to meet timing and budget expectation.
• Strong team player – approachable, collaborative using great behaviours
• Solid understanding of editing, post production, audio and CGI
• Project management and production skill set
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
