We are looking for a highly skilled Linux Engineer – Senior SME with strong expertise in Enterprise Linux Administration, GreenLake Managed Services, automation, virtualization, and infrastructure support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead major incident management and RCA activities
• Drive service delivery, SLA/KPI adherence & process improvements
• Handle Linux server administration, patching & vulnerability management
• Support VMware, OpenStack, OCP & Kubernetes environments
• Prepare SOPs, KBs, HLD/LLD & technical documentation
