Job Description
Responsibilities - Monitor system health, performance, capacity, and availability.
- Perform incident, problem, and change management in line with ITIL processes.
- Handle environment readiness for application releases, patches, and upgrades.
Operational Excellence - Manage user access, file systems, processes, services, and cron jobs.
- Perform system maintenance activities: patching, upgrades, reboot coordination.
- Support 24x7 operations as part of on-call or shift roster (if applicable).
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to OS, CPU, memory, disk, and network.
Automation & Scripting - Develop and maintain scripts using Shell / Bash / Python to automate routine tasks.
