£39,11 per hour, inclusive of pro‑rata holiday entitlement and preparation time.

We have an exciting opportunity for educational professionals with backgrounds in literature who have an interest, experience and passion in teaching courses in one or more of the following areas below.

Areas of Focus

• Ancient, medieval and renaissance literature (daytime, early evening or weekend face‑to‑face courses).
• Black British literature: award‑winning, best‑selling authors; emerging voices; early/little‑known texts (daytime, early evening, evening or weekend face‑to‑face courses + online evening courses).
• Global literature: transnational perspective or emphasis on South Asian, Caribbean, East or West African literature (daytime, early evening, evening or weekend face‑to‑face courses + online evening courses).
• 21st century literature: British, American, European and Globa...
