Job Duties Work on customer sites within semiconductor cleanroom environments. Provide software support for all Semiconductor customers in the Canon's region. Troubleshoot software issues and prepare technical reports for customers. Set up and maintain lithography tools and related supporting software. Learn and apply fundamental knowledge of lithography tools and operations. Prepare software release notes and customer-facing documentation in English. Provide support during weekends, public holidays, or nighttime when required (infrequent but possible). Travel overseas for business, mainly within Southeast Asia, Japan, Taiwan, and India (future). Collaborate closely with on-site engineers and overseas Canon software engineers. Communicate directly with customers and deliver clear technical reports.
