- Independently handle and manage cases and matters
- Prepare, draft and file pleadings, legal documents, and other related materials for clients
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
- Track and comply with all relevant deadlines
- Manage discovery process
- Conduct ethical interactions with clients and opposing parties
