Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to join a dynamic and collaborative legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of complex litigation matters while gaining hands-on experience across all phases of the litigation process.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage and support a caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution

+ Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings

+ Participate in discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery, document review, and depositions

+ Assist with case strategy, fact investigation, and trial preparation

+ Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances (as appropriate based on experience)

+ Collaborate with partners, clients, and opposing counsel to advance case objectives
