Key Responsibilities
+ Manage and support complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
+ Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs in both state and federal courts
+ Conduct written discovery, depositions, and witness preparation
+ Participate in court appearances, hearings, and mediations
