This role offers the opportunity to support a busy litigation team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys handling insurance defense matters
- Draft, revise, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Manage court filings and e-filing processes in Florida state courts
- Maintain case calendars and track deadlines, hearings, and depositions
