We are working with a well-established litigation firm in Albuquerque that is looking to add an experienced Litigation Paralegal to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment handling complex matters from inception through trial.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Draft, review, and edit discovery and other legal documents

+ Manage case files and maintain organized documentation

+ Review, summarize, and index case materials (including medical records)

+ Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars

+ Conduct factual research and assist attorneys with case development

+ Communicate with clients, experts, and other case-related contacts

+ Support trial preparation, including exhibits and trial binders
