Job Description
Responsibilities: Support daily e-commerce and livestream operational activities. Manage product data entry, stock updates, and system records. Maintain and organise supplier product catalogues. Coordinate with suppliers on product listings and inventory matters. Assist in packing and preparing products for livestream sessions and customer orders. Support livestream setup and ensure product readiness during live sessions. Respond to customer enquiries and private messages on social/e-commerce platforms. Assist with order coordination and fulfilment processes. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth livestream execution. Support overseas livestream operations and on-site event coordination when required. Perform general administrative and operational support duties assigned by the team.
