We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Loan Officer Assistant to support our Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, and Closers. This role is essential in keeping our mortgage pipeline moving quickly and accurately. What You’ll Do

+ Set up new mortgage applications, including printing applications and credit reports

+ Track and route incoming loan volume to the appropriate team members

+ Assist with retrieving and preparing closed loan files for secondary marketing

+ Answer, direct, and document incoming calls from members

+ Prepare and send marketing materials, disclosures, and member packages
