Role Overview:

The Loan Servicing Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end post-disbursement loan operations, ensuring portfolio health, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong expertise in NBFC lending processes, Bank reconciliation, RBI compliance, collections coordination, process optimization and automation.

Loan Servicing Operations

• Manage post-disbursement activities including loan booking, documentation verification, disbursement confirmation, and system entries in LMS.

• Oversee EMI scheduling, repayment processing, NACH/ACH setup, presentation and reconciliation.

• Monitor loan account maintenance, interest recalculations, part-prepayments, refunds and foreclosure processing.

• Handle restructuring, moratorium, and rescheduling cases as per policy.
