Job Purpose This role offers hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of syndicated loan transactions, including credit analysis, deal execution, documentation, and post-disbursement monitoring. You will work closely with senior bankers and gain valuable experience in corporate lending within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities - Assist in credit analysis and review of corporate financial statements
- Support execution of syndicated loan transactions
- Prepare internal reports and regulatory submissions (MAS / Head Office)
- Perform KYC and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Review and prepare loan and credit documentation
- Monitor credit facilities and borrower performance
- Coordinate with clients and partner banks
- Support Relationship Managers and senior team members on transactions
