The Concierge/Lobby Host will support the Workplace Manager and Workplace Coordinators by managing front‑of‑house operations, administrative tasks, and event coordination. The role requires active engagement with stakeholders, support for facility and vendor management, and financial oversight for office operations.
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and staff; issuing name badges, providing tea and coffee, escorting to meeting rooms.
- Answering incoming calls and meeting guests.
- Managing access badges, parking, inductions, lockers, and laptops for new staff.
- Managing consumables, conducting regular stock‑takes, and processing requisitions for plant and office supplies.
- Co‑ordinating meeting room requirements (booking, moving furniture, catering for recurring events) and distributing couriers and mail.
