JulyDay shifts - 1, 6, 9, 11, 12, 16-22, 24, 27Night shifts - 24-27
August 13-17, 20-24 days or nights will determine when we get closer
Aug - ongoing - specific shifts TBD. Will work around Locum availability as much as possible. Must be able to cover at least one stint per month.Job Details:
- Reason for Coverage: coverage while credentialing new providers - will be ongoing need

- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 13 avg; can range from 1-20
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- Procedures: able to place CVLs, HD caths, and arterial lines
