  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipment paperwork, including order entry, billing, and shipping documentation.
  • Arrange transport for goods, liaise with carriers, and schedule pick-ups and deliveries to ensure timely movement of products.
  • Track and monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse team, and report discrepancies or shortages to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding order status, delivery schedules, and logistics inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions, including shipping details, carrier information, and customer delivery confirmations.
  • Monitor shipment progress, track orders in transit, and resolve issues related to delays or damaged goods.
