Oversee end-to-end warehouse and freight operations, ensuring seamless execution of import/export activities, regulatory compliance, and inventory integrity.
Job Responsibilities - Prepare full-set import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, COO, B/L, Insurance and L/Cs
- Manage Customs Permit declarations and ensure full compliance with Singapore Customs rules and regulations
- Source and negotiate competitive rates with shipping agents, forwarders and 3PLs; manage bookings and monitor real-time shipment status.
