Job Description
- 1) Process customer orders into system
- 2) Advise customer upon order completion, coordinate and follow up delivery order completion and shipment photos
- 3) Plan and coordinate logistics activities with customers, forwarders and transporter
- 4) Follow up on delivery orders, documentation with customers on timely basis
- 5) Daily label printing and recording
- 6) Issue cargo tally sheets
- 7) Daily checking and printing of Blending Instructions
- 8) Manage and coordinate outgoing shipments (vessel) for container schedule
- 9) Plan and update shipping schedule
- 10) Daily tank truck loading schedule update & time slot booking
- 11) Daily outgoing goods monitoring and follow up
- 12) Assist the logistics team with other ad‑hoc duties as required
