Job Description

As part of Airbus Helicopters’ logistics transformation, the Transfer Specialist ensures the safe, timely, and compliant execution of all activities linked to the physical transfer of parts from an existing warehouse to a new logistics site.

He/She prepares, coordinates, and monitors all transfer tasks locally, ensuring operational continuity, proper handling, traceability, and alignment with central logistics requirements.

Main responsibilities of the job

• Prepare and plan transfer activities according to the logistics footprint strategy, network design, and central transfer master plan.
• Validate readiness of parts, storage areas, equipment, documentation, and transport capacities required for the transfer.
• Coordinate temporary storage readiness (buffer zones, interim storage capacity, layout preparation) to ensure feasibility and continuity during transfer waves.
