Job Description
Basic information - Monday to Friday, 830am - 530pm (FIXED shift)

Job scope - Reviewed and validated documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy before processing.
- Verified customer shipping requirements and selected appropriate delivery methods based on their preferences.
- Processed sales orders and billing entries in the ERP system, ensuring timely execution and proper supporting documentation.
- Maintained and updated records in Excel, sharing key information with the operations team for coordination.
- Cross-checked packing lists against Shipment Management System (SMS) records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Performed ERP transactions including purchase requisitions, goods receipts, and stock transfers.
- Conducted weekly and monthly inventory cycle counts, updating results in the ERP system.
