A medical administration training company in Sandton, Johannesburg is looking for an experienced Logistics and Operations Administrator who is willing to work hard and grow with the company.

Reporting line: Logistics & Operations Manager.

Responsibilities Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for FCS Group. Maintain stock control of pre‑printed stationery and distribute to clients and units. Provide logistics support to the African Institute of Emergency Medicine (Pty) / AIEM. Process financial quotations, purchase orders and submit correct documentation and invoices for timely payments. Control stock of uniforms, name badges, stamps, and branded merchandise. File, organize and perform various general office support functions, including delivery of documents or materials across the FCS Group.
