Intern Responsibilities

• Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors.
• Attend meetings and engagements (internal/external stakeholders).
• Assist in meeting preparation by creating presentations.
• Prepare documents to hand out to management and clients.
• Attend meetings, take minutes and responsible for the dissemination.
• Perform research at a supervisor's requests.
• Prepare various reports.
• Assist in various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, printing and organising documents and maintaining files.
• May post or courier items and track the parcels to make sure the recipient gets them.
• May also manage departmental databases
