About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-driven
Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-paced FMCG environment.
This role requires a strong balance between
data analysis and hands-on operational involvement, working closely with drivers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure efficient distribution and logistics performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet tracking and monitoring of truck movements
- Daily reporting on:
- Departure and standing times
- Driver hours and overtime
- Fleet faults and late deliveries
- Monitor and improve truck turnaround times and delivery efficiency
- Communicate priority loads and operational changes to the team
- Capture and reconcile driver hours from trip sheets
- Ensure trucks are loaded and offloaded timeously
