We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team and help deliver finished goods to customers on time, in full, and in sequence. Sitting within our fulfilment team, this role is all about execution—taking planned orders and making them happen by coordinating across sites, transport providers, and logistics partners.
It’s a great opportunity for someone with logistics or administrative experience who is ready to step up into a fast-paced, coordination-focused role where no two days are the same.
Te Mahi /Key Requirements
Coordinate day-to-day fulfilment activity, ensuring orders are released, progressed, and delivered in line with customer and business requirements
Monitor loadouts and follow up with sites to ensure correct sequencing (including FIFO) and timely dispatch
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with shipping lines, ports, and transport providers to keep product moving
