An international corporation in Houston, TX is currently seeking an experienced or entry-level Logistics Coordinator - SAP ERP to join their company in a full-time direct hire opportunity .

Responsibilities of Logistics Coordinator - SAP ERP:

• Documentation and payment arrangement.
• Create shipping documentation and contracts as instructed by commercial manager.
• Communicate with relevant counterparts such as freight forwarders, surveyors, shipping companies and others for proper filing and arrangement of documentation.
• Maintain files and internal records of all shipping in a manner easy for others to track.
• Create and send invoices to customers. Monitor the status to ensure payment is received per the agreement and make timely requests to counterparts when there are outstanding or overdue balances.
