Job Description

  • Global Logistics Operations Management


  • 10-17 years' experience in logistics
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics operations across international plants and warehouses.
  • Ensure seamless execution of inbound, outbound, and intercompany movements.
  • Drive dispatch linearity aligned with production and customer commitments.
  • Monitor and improve OTDIF performance across regions.
  • Proactively manage risks related to delays, capacity, and service disruptions.
  • Network Optimization & Strategic Projects
  • Lead global initiatives on network design, warehouse optimization, and cost-to-serve improvement.
  • Drive supplier consolidation and 3PL strategy.
  • Work closely with SCM Excellence, Global Logistics Head on transformation programs.
  • Evaluate new warehouse locations and distribution models.
