Job Description
Responsibilities - Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory movements.
- Liaise with customers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment fulfilment.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes, and timely system updates.
- Ensure all warehouse and shipping documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines.
- Support operational KPI achievement through effective planning, reporting, and problem‑solving.
- Investigate and report shipment discrepancies, damages, or non‑conformances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Guide and support warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.
