You will ensure high efficiency in order fulfillment (DBM/DBS/FBM), handle exceptions, analyze performance data, and support seller onboarding to drive service quality and retention. Daily Operations: Execute order status updates, resolve exceptions, and clear backlogs within strict SLAs (<30 mins/day).Data & Reporting: Perform weekly seller reviews and monthly deep-dive analysis on fulfillment metrics to identify optimization opportunities.Project Support: Assist in seller onboarding, create/update SOPs and tutorials, and collaborate with Tech teams on system UAT and bug fixes.Campaign Management: Monitor top-seller performance and manage backlog reminders during peak sales campaigns.
