About the role
This internship provides exposure to regional logistics operations while enabling hands‑on project work at a 3PL site to improve process efficiency, data visibility, and operational performance.
Key responsibilities - Assist in process improvement projects at the 3PL warehouse (e.g., automation projects)
- Conduct time studies / process observations to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Support preparation of work instructions (WI), SOP updates, and training materials to standardize operations and reduce errors
