Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and optimize delivery routes for a fleet lorries
Coordinate daily delivery operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution
Monitor route and improve efficiency to reduce costs and delays
Work closely with drivers and internal teams to support daily logistics activities
Respond promptly to operational issues and implement corrective actions when
needed
Maintain accurate delivery records, preparing and updating logistics reports,
managing job scheduling documentation and ensuring proper filing of transport
and compliance-related documents
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on documentation,
billing coordination, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics planning
preferably in the construction industry
