Job Description
- Focal point for all shipment inquires (inbound and outbound)
- Internal co-ordination to ensure order fulfilment
- Liaise with Forwarders and Transporters to meet customer’s shipment delivery and collection requirement.
- Oversee shipping arrangement, cargo release and shipment closure activities
- Customer complaint management
- Timely delivery of accurate reports and information to customer and superior.
- Understand and comply to all related operating processes.
- System transaction for receiving and order fulfilment activities.
- Preparation for Pick list
- Documentation and record retention per established requirement.
- Ensure Work Safety, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Quality Policy and Procedures meet in workplace.
- Ensure warehouse housekeeping up to 5S standard.
