Iron Mountain are looking for a Logistics team leader to join our site in Heywood. The Team Leader, Logistics is responsible for providing line management for a team of drivers and Logistics Specialists to ensure client assets are delivered within their specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role ensures full adherence to all relevant legislation and company standards, manages budget constraints, and reports any variances.
Key Accountabilities
Manage the transportation team on a day-to-day basis at the relevant sites to ensure all service and quality standards are met.
Ensure total compliance with all company standards and all legal requirements.
