SPOC/Loss Mitigation Opportunity

Currently, we have a SPOC/Loss Mitigation opportunity with a large mortgage servicing and financial institution. The SPOC/Loss Mitigation is responsible for below specific duties. Your specific duties will include:

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for delinquent or high-value mortgage accounts.
• Maintain consistent borrower communication and provide guidance on available loss mitigation options.
• Contact borrowers to negotiate and implement loss mitigation solutions (loan modifications, short sales, deeds in lieu).
• Assist borrowers with account inquiries, payment options, and loan status updates.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls while delivering high-quality customer service.
